Most children don’t fancy anything healthy as it doesn’t taste nice which makes it difficult to get them to eat. The best time to get started is during meal time! Make it a point to have the whole family seat together during meals to create a family time. At times it would be quite a challenge to cook for the whole family as not every cup of tea is everyone’s favorite. So, take note on the top five favorite meals or food of everyone to have a better idea of what to cook for the whole family! In case someone doesn’t enjoy their meal, then have them in charge of preparing another meal. Another great idea is to get them do gardening together with you behind your yard planting not just plants or flowers but crops as well! Don’t forget to teach them to be conscious of where their food comes from before the market as this helps your whole family to be more appreciative and value its nourishment during meal times!
Boring children or adults have the same problem which is getting hungry easily and has more cravings. In your fridge pack it up with nutrient-rich foods that are ready to eat and remind your family members that there is food in fridge ready for them to take and enjoy. This is definitely a good idea for snacks and meals!
Healthy eating is after all for everyone and indeed it can be very fun! Don’t worry if your child refuses to eat vegetable or fruits they don’t like even when it’s already unseen and the taste has been covered by flavoring as they would eventually give up picking out them and accept the taste one day! It will take time for them to adapt as it’s not an overnight affair.
